MemoDefend scenario would be to practice every day or every week during our lifetime on things that improve memory. Doing that regularly is like working out our body. If you have ever gone to the gym you remember the good feeling that you have and all the muscles with the blood flowing. What happens if you lift some weights for two weeks and then you stop suddenly for three months? I bet you know that you get to the initial stage, and you also feel a little worse than when you started because you now know how it's like to take care of our own body and work out.
