Outlook not showing team status

Outlook does not currently show the status of team members, which makes collaboration difficult. This problem impedes the flow of communication in companies that use Outlook for collaboration. Users cannot determine whether team members are present or available, which affects productivity. Restoring effective task management and teamwork requires a resolution.
